Introduction

If you are in some way dissatisfied with your personal condition I believe I may be able to offer you a positive way forward.
It is now accepted that there is a fundamental connection between body, mind and emotions. Making use of my knowledge and experience in a range of body orientated systems, we can fundamentally, improve every aspect of your life.

I know that embarking on a training programme can initially feel daunting.

That's where I come in! Until you rediscover the joy, pleasure and freedom from a fully functioning and healthy body I will be there with you every step of the way encouraging, motivating and inspiring. Far more than my expertise in various fields, this is what I offer.
